FOR BUSINESSES DOING $1M–$10M A YEAR

Custom software used to cost $200k. That math changed.

You already know what you'd build if it were affordable. Agentic coding cut the cost of getting there by 5–10x — so the tool you shelved five years ago is now a two-week project, not a nine-month one.

Four audits a month. No cost, no obligation, no sales deck.

THE COST OF STANDING STILL

The most expensive software
is the software you never built.

It never shows up as a line item. It shows up as salaried hours, subscriptions that don't fit, and a spreadsheet nobody wants to own.

$18,200

A year, per person

What five hours a week of manual data entry costs at a $70/hr loaded rate. Most companies your size have two or three people doing exactly that.

9 tools

None of them fitting

The average business at this revenue runs 8–12 subscriptions and still keeps the real system of record in a spreadsheet.

$150k+

To hire your way out

What a competent in-house developer costs before benefits — and they'd spend year one building what a fixed-fee project ships in weeks.

WHERE YOU'RE STUCK

Three doors.
Pick the one that's yours.

Most companies we work with recognize themselves immediately in one of these. Your pick sets where the audit starts.

Door One

You're paying people to move data between systems

Someone on your team spends their week retyping information a computer already knows. Nobody planned it that way; it just accumulated.

  • Internal tools that fit your actual process
  • Document and email agents that handle intake
  • Glue between systems that don't talk
  • Ops dashboards you'd actually open
That's us
Door Two

You have software, and a backlog you'll never get through

A product or customer-facing app exists. The list of what it should do is longer than the team that maintains it, and has been for a year.

  • Backlog clearing at 5x traditional pace
  • Feature velocity on a fixed monthly scope
  • Tech-debt paydown that doesn't stall the roadmap
  • Modernization without a rewrite
That's us
Door Three

You pay for nine tools and still run on spreadsheets

Every subscription solves 60% of a problem. The remaining 40% lives in a spreadsheet one person maintains, and everyone quietly depends on it.

  • One fitted tool replacing three to six subscriptions
  • The spreadsheet, promoted to real software
  • Subscription spend that stops recurring
  • A build that pays for itself on a stated date
That's us

WHY NOW AND NOT BEFORE

Same software.
A different price.

Agentic coding means AI writing production code under experienced engineers who review, test, and own every line. It didn't change what's possible to build. It changed what it costs to build it — which is the only thing that was ever stopping you.

THE FREE AUDIT

A document,
not a sales deck.

Free things are usually worth what you pay. This one takes us about six hours and you keep it whether or not we ever work together.

  1. A map of where your operating hours actually go Built from a 30-minute call and a look at your systems. Most owners find the map itself is the valuable part — it's the first time the whole process has been on one page.
  2. Five to ten specific opportunities, scored Each with hours saved per year, dollars saved per year, build effort, and risk. The arithmetic is shown, using your numbers, so you can check it.
  3. A ranked table, sorted by payback period So the obvious first move is obvious. No interpretation required.
  4. Your top opportunity, spec'd to a fixed price Scope, approach, what it touches, what could go wrong, timeline, and a number. Detailed enough that another shop could build it if you'd rather.
  5. What we wouldn't build, and why Two or three things you'd expect on the list that aren't worth it. We've talked more people out of builds than into them — which is why the ones we take work.

HOW IT WORKS

Four steps.
Two of them are free.

01

The call

Thirty minutes. You walk me through how the business actually operates. I ask six questions and mostly listen.

Free · 30 min
02

The audit

Five business days of our work. You get the process map on day one to correct, and the full document on day five.

Free · 5 days
03

The quick win

One thing from the audit, scoped and priced fixed, built and in your team's hands in two to three weeks.

$6k–$12k · 2–3 weeks

Whatever's next

Most clients keep going down the ranked list on a monthly build retainer. Plenty just take the one win and run. Both are fine.

PROOF, NOT PROMISES

We built ours
the same way.

We were paying for SEO tooling and still doing keyword research, content planning, and Search Console analysis by hand — roughly fifteen hours a month across the team.

So we built our own platform: keyword tracking, an automated content pipeline, Search Console integration, job scheduling, and an admin interface our team uses daily. It runs the marketing side of this agency right now.

That's the same process, the same tooling, and the same timeline we'd put behind your build. If we wouldn't do it to ourselves, we wouldn't sell it to you.

LET'S SAVE US BOTH THE TIME

This isn't
for everyone.

We take four audits a month, so we'd rather be honest up front than discover it on the call. If any of these are you, don't fill out the form — and if you're close to the line, fill it out anyway and I'll tell you straight.

  • You're under about $1M in revenue. The math on a build doesn't clear yet, and I'd rather tell you now than take your time.
  • You're a funded startup looking to outsource your core product. We build around businesses that already work.
  • You want an app but don't have an operating business behind it. That's a different kind of bet than the one we take.
  • You need someone to own your systems permanently. We build, hand over, and step back — you own the code outright.
  • You're shopping for the cheapest possible quote. There are cheaper offshore options and they are cheaper for reasons.
  • Nobody on the call can authorize spend. The audit is free but it's six hours of real work; we need a decision-maker in the room.

THE OBVIOUS QUESTIONS

Asked and answered.

Is this just ChatGPT writing my software?

No. Agentic coding means AI writing production code inside a real engineering process — reviewed, tested, version-controlled, and deployed by people who are accountable for it working. The AI is a speed multiplier on the typing, not a replacement for judgment. You're hiring the judgment; the speed is why it's affordable.

Do we own the code?

Entirely. It lives in your repository, deployed to your infrastructure. No license, no per-seat fee, no platform you're renting. If you fired us the week after launch you'd keep everything, and it would keep running.

What happens when it breaks?

Thirty days of fixes are included at no charge. After that it's either a small support arrangement or nothing at all — plenty of what we build just runs. We'd rather you not need us than pretend you do.

Why is this so much cheaper than the quotes I got before?

Because the labor cost of writing software fell and most shops haven't repriced. That's the whole answer. We're not cutting scope, offshoring, or skipping testing — we're pricing against what it now costs us to build, and getting to more clients per year as a result.

What about our data and security?

Your data stays in your systems. We work under an NDA if you want one, use scoped credentials that you can revoke, and never train anything on your business. If you're in a regulated industry, say so on the call and we'll walk through specifics before anything starts.

We have no technical people. Is that a problem?

It's the normal case, and it's why the audit exists. You don't need to know what to build — you need to know where the business hurts. We handle the translation, and we write everything for someone who doesn't code.

What if the audit says we shouldn't build anything?

Then it says that, and you've lost thirty minutes and gained a process map. It happens. An audit that recommends a build every single time isn't an audit, it's a proposal with better manners.

REQUEST YOUR AUDIT

Start with
the free one.

Tell me a bit about the business and where it hurts. If it's a fit, I'll send a link to book the 30-minute call — usually within one business day. If it isn't, I'll tell you that instead, and point you somewhere useful.

  • No cost and no obligation to build
  • The document is yours either way
  • One call, then five days of our work
  • You'll hear from me, not a sales rep

No newsletter, no drip campaign you didn't ask for. One reply from me, usually within a business day.
