If you’ve already gone through the plugin setup and the form is working but the emails are not sending, then check these possible solutions first.
1. Check spam folder
The email sent with audit report contains a link and it may contain keywords that are known to be spam words. It could be these emails are just going to your spam folder, so check that first.
If you find the emails in your spam folder, then you can try to use an smtp service for better deliverability.
2. Check if wordpress is sending emails
Your site may not be sending any emails at all. Check your wordpress login screen and do a “forgot password” check, to see if it sends you that reset email. Alternatively, you can use a plugin to test if emails are sending out correctly.
4. Check if all plugin settings are completed
You need to use different “to” and “from” email addresses. Using the same email for both can get the email sent to admin bounced because of high probability of spam. In the “Email: Send results copy (bcc) to these addresses” section, make sure it’s not the same as the email wordpress is sending emails from (located in wordpress settings).
If you’re still having issues after going through all of this, please send us an email to [email protected]. Describe in detail your issue, what you’ve done to fix and your url’s for form and results page.
